He is a British singer and actor, born on May 28, 1961, in Sparkhill, Birmingham, UK. He was the lead singer for the band Fine Young Cannibals. He went to Kelvin Hall School. His acting debut was in Sammy and Rosie Get Laid (1987). He is known for acting in Highlander (1993–1997) and for performing the soundtracks to Doomsday (2008) and Beautiful Girls (1996).
