Felipe Alfredo Ríos Cuevas is a Chilean actor, born on March 20, 1975, in Vallenar, Región de Atacama, Chile. He studied acting with Fernando González. He is known for  The Club (2015), Fragmentos urbanos (2002), and Trauma (2017).
