An American actor, born in Reno, Nevada, USA, on April 25, 1892, as Arthur Benjamin Erway. He was previsoly married to actress Gladys George (1922-1930) and they had no children. He is known for The Bishop's Wife (1947), The Twilight Zone (1960), Mountain Rhythm (1943), and Shep Comes Home (1948). Ben provided several supporting roles as a reporter, doctor, politician, banker, and others. He died in Sun City, California, USA, on February 6, 1981.
