A British child actress, born in West Ham, London, England, UK on December 26, 1943 as Frances Rose Gowens. She married Reginald Winch (1963-2013), they had 3 children, and he remained with her until his death. Her notable work includes The Intruder (1953), Raiders of the River (1956), Front Page Story (1954), and An Inspector Calls (1954). She appeared in film and television for a decade, and retired in her teens. She died in Great Totham, Essex, England, on March 15, 2018, at the age of 74.
