A Swiss actor, born in Lausanne, Switzerland. Armand made his debut in 1967 in Oh, Sun. His final appearance was in the 1996 TV movie Farinet, héros et hors-la-loi. His notable works include Paris (1972), Quentin Durward (1971), and Les granges brûlées (1973). He died of leukemia on November 30, 2000, in Cully, Switzerland.
