A Canadian voice actress, born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She began her career in theater as a teenager and started voice acting in the 1980s, voicing the character of Maxie in the series Maxie's World in 1987. Her notable works include Sailor Moon (1995–2000), Max & Ruby (2002–2019), Franklin's Great Adventures (2006), and Babar (1989–1991). She is the cousin of Raymond Jafelice.
