An American actress, born in Queens, New York, United States to Jamaican parents. She earned her bachelor's degree from New York University. She also studied at Georgetown University. She worked as a waitress at a Hollywood nightclub while pursuing an acting career. She has appeared in CBS's CSI: Miami, Strong Medicine, and numerous national commercials. She is best known for Legends (2014), Big Hero 6 (2014), and Perception (2012).
