Khaled Al Nabawwy Assumes the Leading Role in “Ibn Mout” (“Death”) Rather than Amr Sa’ad

Director Samir Sayf has reached an agreement with Khaled Al Nabawwy whereby the performer will assume the leading role in the new television series “Ibn Mout”. This development comes after A’mr Sa’ad withdrew from the series due to disagreements over matters related to production. Thus Sayf will be holding workshops with Al Nabawwy and the title’s screenwriter, Magdy Saber, in order to prepare for filming and to work out all of the remaining details.“Ibn Mout” features the performances of A’beer Sabry, A’faf Shoa’ib, Dalia Ibrahim and Khairiyah Ahmed. The production discusses the phenomenon of illeagal immigration and places a lot of emphasis on the organized crime rings that are involved with illeagal immigration. Thus the productions also takes a look at the process as a whole including the means that are used to scam poor and simple folk who are looking for any means by which to emigrate and find any work abroad in order to sidestep the poverty they suffer in their home countries. These unwitting emigrants are later shocked to find that they were being manipulate all along and find that the crime bosses who promised them safe transit have abandoned them out in the middle of the sea.
