Unstable circumstances cause work on outdoor scenes of “Beebo wa Bashir” to be put off temporarily

Director Maryam Abou ‘Ouf has preferred to complete work on indoor scenes of the film title “Beebo wa Bashir” before taking the cameras outside to shoot open air scenes. The director has decided to pursue this course of action due to the lack of stability weighing over much of Egypt following recent events which saw the ousting of former president Hosny Mubarak.The title’s crew currently meet at Studio al-Maghraby which is the location where they will do most of their work over the next three weeks as per their work schedule.“Beebo wa Bashir” will feature the talents of Asser Yassin, Menna Shalaby, ‘Ezzat Abou ‘Ouf, Saffiyah al-‘Omary, Hany ‘Adel and Salwa Mohamed ‘Aly. The screenplay for the work was authored by Hisham Magid and Kareem Fahmy. Maryam Abou ‘Ouf is the film’s director.
