Although star Ahmed Al Sakka has already started filming his movie “The Interest” 2 weeks ago yet he believes that the movie needs a miracle to make it in time for Eid Al Adha. This movie has been continuously postponed because of the lack of security that took place during and after the Egyptian revolution which forced the cast and crew to wait 8 months until they were able to resume shooting. The movie focuses on the drug trafficking in Egypt portraying how police handle such situations displaying a police officer (played by Al Sakka) confronting a drug dealer (played by Ahmed Ezz). Most probably the movie will be postponed until the summer, since it is a massive production combining between 2 very big cinema stars. “The Interest” is written by Wael Abdulla and directed by Sandra Nashaat. Costarring Al Sakka and Ezz are Hannan Tork, Zeina, Salah Abdulla, Ahmed El Sadaany and Nehal Anbar.
