Honoring Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt loses the prize and “The Artist” wins best film at the Producers Guild Ceremony.

On January 21st at Hilton Beverly Hills, the ceremony for the American Producers Guild 2012 took place, both Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were attending the event. Brad was nominated for best production award for his movie “Money ball” however; he lost the award against the movie “The Artist” that won the Stanley Kramer award for best production. As for Angelina, she was awarded for her first ever experience for directing the movie “In the land of Blood and Honey”, where the producers for this movie achieved the Stanley Kramer 2012 award for the movie.The Stanley Kramer award was first awarded in 2002 to honor movies, people and producers whose work played a significant role in shedding the light on important social issues through a high degree of perfection.
