“It is a big production and needs lots of preparation and it deserves quality time”, this is what director Hosni Saleh said about his new drama series “Al Sa’ayda Gibal El Sabr” after the decision of postponing it was announced. He confirmed that this decision was made by the producer Mohamed Fawzi but he completely agrees with it.“Al Sa’ayda Gibal El Sabr” is a big production to an extent that was not expected, and needs a very long period of preparing which includes a big number of songs that goes along the dramatic context but they are not written or composed yet. Also, the different periods of time that the drama takes place in requires specially designed costumes to ensemble in each era. However, he said that they have checked out all shooting places and tailored some clothes so there is actual progress happening. Furthermore, Saleh feels that the script was written very professionally by “Nasser Abd El Rahman” and he considers it one of the best works he’s ever seen. Rushing into making the drama to catch the Ramadan 2012 is a very irrational thing to do and will not do justice to the series. The director and crew are currently waiting for a start date to be set by the production company and they are sure it will be an amazing surprise to everyone. Saleh added he wished for this work to be ready in Ramadan as he is sure it will score the highest viewing rates. “Al Sa’ayda Gibal El Sabr” stars Sumaya El Khashab, Sawsan Bader, Medhat Tikha, Reham Abd Al Ghafour, Mohamed Ramdan and more than 200 actors and actresses.
