In spite of the fact that many scenes in the Egyptian cinema were filmed inside mosques and that the censorship of Artistic Works in addition to Interior Ministry allowed the director Ahmed Abdallah to shoot some scenes from his new film inside a mosque, the Minister of Religious Endowments refused in excuse that it is considered "violation of law". On his Twitter official page, the director Ahmed Abdallah confirmed that this movie that doesn't disrespect the Islamic religion was allowed by the concerned authorities ,so why does the Minister of Religious Endowments in prevented him from shooting in a mosque, the matter that was permitted for decades !!Moreover he clarified that the real reason the minister stopped photographing the scenes was to please the deputy of Muslims group after their huge success in the parliament elections.Ahmed Abdellah has started couple of days ago shooting his third movie after "Heliopolis" and "Microphone" where no further details were mentioned.
