Tom Hanks moves Captain Phillips from Egypt to Morocco!

Even though both director Paul Greengrass and actor Tom Hanks were excited about shooting the most important scenes in their new film "Captain Phillips" in Egypt – Sharm El Sheikh; but due to the unstable security conditions in Egypt, they decided to look for similar settings in Morocco. The movie is based on Captain Richard Phillip's memoir "Captain's Duty: Somali Pirates, Navy Seals and Dangerous Days at sea" where he talks about him and his crew's encounter with Somali pirates in the red sea in 2009. "Captain Phillip" will be filmed in the Indian Ocean and Malta and is set to be released in the summer of 2013. Hanks and Greengrass were witnessed in Morocco checking out beaches to find what's suitable for their scenes, according to some Moroccan newspapers.
