All members of the jury of Cannes Film Festival reached the city yesterday and talked about how they feel about this responsibility during a press conference today. They all agreed on being fair and unbiased towards all films and judge them based on their artistic values only.Nani Moretti, head of the jury, stated that they will discuss 4 of the films they watched every 2 days, and that his role will only be to lead the way, as their opinions will surely differ between the films. However, the fact remains that they will look at all films with the same respect and perception.Director Andrea Arnold said she would go the festival with nothing in mind but to watch some films and make her judgment. Both Ewan McGregor and Diane Kruger expressed their utmost pleasure to be a part of the jury.Today "Moonrise Kingdom" will open the festival while "Rust and Bone" and "Baad El Mawqeaa" will be next in line for tomorrow. posted a report about the members of the jury on this link:/news/nw678926900
