Sexual Harassment inspired "Jagten"

After the photo call for "Jagten" was over, filmmakers attended the press conference to discuss their film in Cannes Festival.Director Thomas Vinterberg attended with Mads Mikkelsen and other stars in the film. He discussed the trigger for making the film which is the increase in reported sexual harassment cases. So, he decided to conduct a field research to investigate the issue himself before filming. He also said that the youth are abused because they are forced to lie to their elders to satisfy them. He added that his film gives viewers an opportunity to open up their mind.Mikkelsen talked about the character of Lucas that he portrays in the film, saying that it is very stubborn, as he tried to shed some light on cases of innocent people who may be wrongfully accused.
