Cast and crew of "The Paperboy" which is participating in the Competition at the 65th Cannes International Film Festival called for a press conference today where they spoke about their inspiring project.Director Lee Daniels said that he completely understands the aspects of his film as he saw parts of his past in it. Daniels spoke about the character played by Macy Grey "Anita" who works as a maid at a white family is not far from his family where one of them worked as a servant. Lead actress Nicole Kidman accepted the cruel character she played with an open heart as she became an actress to widen her imagination and always search for contradictions and variations. And it seems that young actor Zak Efron was the most excited of all with working next to Kidman and Daniels and always thought that working in such films was a dream. He considers that participating in this film will make him become an actor with no experience for Daniels to polish his talent.
