"Madagascar 3" is at the top of the box office

"Madagascar 3" reached number 1 in the box office grossing 60.3 million dollars. Ridley Scott's "Prometheus" came in the 2nd place with 50 million dollars, earning 90 million dollars all over the world.In its second week, "Snow White and the huntsman" grossed 23 million dollars, while "Men in Black 3" earned 13.5 million."The Avengers" retreated to the 5th place with 10.8 million, followed by The "Best Exotic Marigold Hotel" with 3.2 million, to achieve a 31 million dollar overall earnings.In the 7th place came "What to expect when you are expecting" with 2.7 million followed closely by "Battleship" grossing 2.3 million this week."The Dictator" starring Sasha Baron Cohen was in the 9th place with 2.1 million, while Wes Anderson's "Moonrise Kingdom" caught the 10th place with 1.5 million dollars after being shown in 96 film theaters.
