Dokki Court has delayed its ruling in the libel and slander suit filed by writer Tarek El-Badawy against Haifa Wahbi till next September. El-Badawy filed the suit as a response to the insulting messages sent from her personal phone to his after a disagreement regarding his accusation that she stole his scenario "Nosa" and changed its name to "Mouled w sahbo ghayb".He also awaits the same court's verdict in the second suit against Haifa Wahbi, producer Mohamed Fawzy and writter Mostafa Moharam accusing them of stealing his idea and scenario.Tarek has declared to that he sent warnings to cable networks through his personal lawyer not to buy or air the series until the court's ruling or they will be held liable. Needless to say "Mould w sahbo ghayb" faces a huge marketing issue.
