Tom Cruise is after "Life & Style" for false accusations of abandoning his daughter.

After the article they published in July entitled "Suri's in tears, abandoned by her daddy"; "Life & Style" magazine are being sued by Tom Cruise for their false accusation in their article.The Mission Impossible star's lawyer Bert Fields said that Cruise was never after magazines, but if this magazine plans to make money off spreading this false rumor of Cruise abandoning his six year old daughter then they deserve to pay for it. Fields added that Cruise is planning to donate the 50 million dollars he is suing the magazine for to charity.Cruise and ex-wife actress Katy Holmes were married for five years before Holmes filed for divorce without announcing reasons and got custody for their six year old daughter Suri.
