Adele Will Perform "Skyfall" at the 85th Oscars

It is finally confirmed that British singer Adele willperform her Golden Globe winner soundtrack "Skyfall" at the 85thAcademy Awards, the Oscars.

This should mark Adele's first live performance of the soundtrackfor the James Bond film and her first appearance on an American TV since sheperformed one of her songs at the Grammy's last year.

Adele expressed her happiness to be nominated for the Oscarof Best Original Soundtrack but admitted her fear to face the Hollywood makerswho always enriched her fantasy.

The 85th Oscars producers Craig Zadan and NeilMeron assured their respect towards Adele as a singer and songwriter and addedthey are thrilled to hear "Skyfall" at the ceremony assuring it willbe a remarkable moment for the audience at the Dolbe theater and at home.

It is also said that a special report marking 50 years ofBond will take place at the Oscars and that the Academy is trying convince all007 stars Sean Connery, George Lazenby, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, PierceBrosnan and Daniel Craig for a live appearance at the stage to mark the occasion.
