"The Company You Keep," from director-legend Robert Redford, who also stars in the film, has just released its theatrical poster, which puts not only Redford and its other star, Shia LaBeouf, on display, but also the list of its knockout cast. Returning to acting for the first time in over six years since "Lions for Lambs" (2007), Redford, 76, is back on screen and in the director's chair for this thriller.

The film revolves around a former Weather Underground activist, played by Redford, whose past comes back to haunt him when a young journalist, played by LaBeouf, begins investigating a murder that took place in 1974.

The Weather Underground was an American radical leftist organization that believed in communism, anti-imperialism and therefore the overthrow of the U.S. government. The group, which became a homegrown American terrorist organization, is best known for carrying out a series of bombings that targeted government buildings and banks in the 1970s.

The impressive cast includes Julie Christie, Susan Sarandon, Anna Kendrick, Terrence Howard, Brendan Gleeson, Stanley Tucci and Richard Jenkins. The screenplay, penned by Lem Dobbs, was adapted from the best-selling novel by Neil Gordon. "The Company You Keep" is slated for an American release in April 2013.
