Demi Moore Requests Alimony from Ashton Kutcher

After announcing their split over a year ago, actress Demi Moore filed divorce papers to the Los Angeles Superior Court this past weekend, and has also requested that Ashton Kutcher pay alimony as well as her attorney fees. She was married to the younger "Two and a Half Men" actor, 35, from 2005 to 2011.

According to an insider who spoke to Us Weekly, Moore cited irreconcilable differences as a reason for their divorce. She was hoping to reach a settlement but "was tired of waiting... one always hopes that you can negotiate these things and do them under the radar. Nobody wants to be public. But at a certain point you need to move forward."

Kutcher certainly has moved forward. He's been with girlfriend Mila Kunis since March 2012. The pair, who became longtime co-stars on "That '70s Show" beginning in 1998, have not been shy about demonstrating their affection for each other.
