Photos: Leila Elwi, Mohamed Sobhi and Ahmed Ezz honored in Theater Filmfest

During the closing ceremony, the International Theater Film Festivalhonored actors Leila Elwi, Mohamed Sobhi and Ahmed Ezz and the screening of partsof the best work performed for the last 11 years of the festival.

This edition of the festival witnessed the screening of 7 plays written,directed and performed by students from the High Institution of Theater Arts.

Dr. Abdel Meniem Mubarak, dean of the institute, and Dr. Sayid Khatab, presentedawards and certificates to the winners.

This edition of the festival launched on 14 April at the Academy of Artswhere the opening ceremony welcomed a large number of stars like Ahmed Adam,Amr Abdel Galil, Ali El Hagar and Ashraf Zaki and the judging committee consistedof Dr. Ali Fawzi, Dr. Amira Abdel Rahman, Dr. Ahmed Abdel Aziz, Dr. MostafaSelim, Director Sameh Abdel Aziz and Marwa Gebril.
