"I Will Always Love You" Engraved on Whitney Houston's Tombstone

Whitney Houston's granite tombstone was finally laid atop her grave in a New Jersey cemetery last week. Beneath a cross etched into the heart bearing her name and dates of birth and death, the lyrics of her most famous song "I Will Always Love You," originally written and sung by Dolly Parton, are engraved.

Houston was buried at the Fairview Cemetery in Westfield, New Jersey, alongside her father in accordance with her wishes.

"I Will Always Love You" was a major hit in 1993, remaining at the top of the charts for 14 weeks. The classic love song, heard nowadays at weddings and karaoke joints, will speak for her billions of fans worldwide who were shocked to learn of her death on February 11, 2012.
