Elham Adnan Got Role in "Asia" After Chance Encounter With Mona Zaki in the Airport

Little Elham Adnan, better known as Lulu, has told all about her entry into the entertainment business with the show "Asia." Story goes she met Mona Zaki by chance in the Cairo Airport where Adnan was with her mother. Despite the fact that she had never considered acting before, she was offered the part of the older sister on the show. 

The young Elham, who also told us she hasn't yet turned 11, said she took the offer to play Mona Zaki's daughter on the show without consulting her famous aunt, Elham Shaheen. But when Shaheen found out about it, she was ecstatic and celebrated her niece's first professional job. 

Little Elham confirmed that she has many friends in the artistic community, and that spending time with her aunt has produced many friendships. 

Some of those new friends that Elham can brag about now most likely include Bassem Samra and Hany Adel, her co-stars on "Asia," which is directed by Mohamed Bakir and written by Abbass Abol Hassan. It's airing this month a number of satellite channels.
