Shooting "Squad 106" Postponed Again, Despite Finalized Script

Producer Essam Imam has postponed the shooting of “Squad 106”, his comeback to film production after a long absence. The film features Adel Imam's co-stars from the TV show “Nagy A'talla's Squad” Mohamed Adel Imam, Nidal El Shafei, Amr Ramzy, Ahmed El Sa'dany and Ahmed El Tohamy.

The story was written by Mohamed Adel Imam, and it was turned into a screenplay by Khaled Galal, and incudes Wael Ihsan on board as director. Screenwriter Khaled Galal mentioned to that he has been done with writing the script for some time now, and it was handed to producer Essam Imam, and that the shooting should have started after Al Fitr feast, but it was postponed again, pointing out that he doesn't have any information yet about the next starting date.

“Squad 106” is supposed to be shot in different Egyptian cities, in addition to a number of other scenes that will be shot in South Africa.
