Idris Alba Arrives at his South African Movie Premire, Despite his Asthma Attack

Idris Elba made it to the premiere ofhis movie “ Mandela: A Long Walk to Freedom” after suffering froman asthma attack on his way to fly to South Africa. The 41-year-oldactor was hospitalized in a hospital near the airport, took the nextflight and reached the Red Carpet on time.

Elba plays Mandela in the biopic of thegreat South African leader. He spent a night locked in a RobbenIsland cell next to the one Mandela was locked in.

The black star attended the premierealong the movie's co-star Naomie Harris who plays Winnie in the film.Winnie herself was also there and watched the movie beside Elba.
