Cairo International Women's Film Festival Screens “Al-Khoroug Lel-Nahar”

Today theCairo International Women's Film festival screens the Egyptian movie“ Al-Khoroug Lel-Nahar” (Coming Forth To The Morning). This is thedirectorial debut of its director, Hala Lotfy.

The movie hasparticipated in many local and international film festivals. Set in apoor local neighborhood of Cairo, a family of a paralyzed father, asick m other and their only daughter who has nothing to do but takingcare of her father on the rhythm of Oum Kalthoum.

It's beenannounced lately that the movie was selected by the Panorama of theEuropean Film which will start on the 27th of thisNovember.
