Paul Walker's Death Postpones Seventh Fast and Furious Indefinitely

Officialsat Universal Studios decided to postpone all plans related to the production ofthe 7th installation to the Fast and Furiousseries, after the deathof the film series' star Paul Walker two days ago in a car accident.

Walkerhad finished shooting almost half his part in the film, and he was left withscenes that would have ended a few weeks from now in Atlanta, Georgia, inaddition to scenes in Abu Dhabi.

Themakers of the film are in a tight situation now, as they are supposed to remakethe whole film, and take clear decisions concerning Paul's character andwhether they were going to omit his part completely, or tweak the script accordingto his available finished scenes.

Producers are waiting for the star's burial andhonoring, and to give his friends and family a chance to grieve, according to astatement made by a company executive in an interview with The Wrap.

The film was supposed to bereleased on the 11th of July, 2014, but after Walker's death therelease date was postponed indefinitely.
