Three Egyptian Female Directorial Debut Compete on Catholic for Cinema Awards

The board of Egyptian Catholic Cinema Festival has announced the nominated titles for its 62th round which will be held on February.

The nominated movies are :
El Sheta Eli Fat” (Winter of Discontent) directed by Ibrahim El Batout,
Farsh wa Ghatta” directed by Ahmed Abdallah,
Harag We Marag” directed by Nadine Khan,
Villa 69” directed by Ayten Amin,
Asham” directed by Maggie Morgan.

The festival will start on the 28th of February and will go on for eight days. The jury is headed by director Magdy Ahmed Aly and includes Farouq Al Fishawy, Laila Elwey, Musician Hany Mehany, screenwriter Sayed Fouad, cinematographer Samir Farag and movie critic Nader Adly.
