Katy Perry Named Woman of the Year by Elle

Singer Katy Perry was named Woman of 2014 at the Elle Style Awards in London.

The honoring came as a reward for Perry's huge success and efforts in music, charity and women issues around the world. Thor star Tom Hiddleston was titled Star of the Year in the same night, but he didn't make it to the event and sent a video of gratitude instead.
