Sarah Jessica Parker Joins the Cast of Wild Oats

Actress Sarah Jessica Parker will join the cast of the new comedy film Wild Oats,according to Variety magazine.

Parker will star alongside Jessica Lange, Shirley Maclaine and Alan Arkin who are already on board with the project. Andy Tennant, whose previous films include Hitch and Bounty Hunter, will direct the film.

The film tells the story of a widow and retired teacher who mistakenly receives a life insurance check for $5 million, rather than the expected $50,000, and decides to move with her friends to the Canary Islands.
