Photos: Amr Diab Live At Dubai's Media City Amphitheatre

Pop star Amr Diab has performed live at the Dubai Media City's Ampthitheatre last Friday, in front of a crowd estimated to have exceeded 30,000 fans.

Diab started the concert with his “Shoft El Ayam”, a song from his new album, and was met with an overwhelming ovation. After finishing the song, he thanked the people of the U.A.E for their warm welcome, and mentioned that he considers them his family. He also sang “Tamally Maak” and “Aho Leil we Aada”, among other songs from his old records to very recent ones.

Diab also jokingly accompanied some of his band members by playing along on their instruments. In addition, a young female fan surprised him by handing him a painting of his four children (Nour, Kenzy, Abdalla and Jana) on stage.
