Nader Adly: "Alf Leila We Leila" is this year's best series

Film critic Nader Adly has stated that after watching numerous television series this year, he has found " Alf Leila We Leila" (A Thousand And One Nights) to be the best.

Adly elaborated by mentioning that the show is highly engaging and does not waste any time, and that the show's theme is fresh in its treatment to the mythological tale.

Adly added that the performances of the lead actors are impressive, and very well photographed by the cinematographer and the director. However, he also cited the special effects as being the series' only downside, but that doesn't also affect the viewing experience that much.

Alf Leila We Leila stars Sherif Monir, Asser Yassin, Amir Karara and Nicole Saba, and was written by Mohamed Nayer and directed by Raouf Abdel Aziz.
