An international gang that smuggle drugs with the slogan, Scorpio, sends one of its men from the city of Tehran to Beirut with a bag full of currency. The man is assassinated, and the bag is taken by the murderer who is trying to meet the leader of the rival gang, he meets a beautiful girl from the gang, and a love story grows between them.
