Shawader, a gypsy dancer, seduces the wealthy Abdel Gawad, disregarding the fact that he is married with kids. When Abdel Gawad's wife dies from grief, her daughter and her husband plot to get rid of Shawader, especially after she gets pregnant and Abdel Gawad writes his fortune over to her.
