When the property of a wealthy prince is expropriated, he goes bankrupt and only his palace remains. He meets an unemployed man with a doctorate degree who suggests that he rents the palace. The prince has two daughters who he denies their existence because the eldest married a simple engineer and the youngest sells her paintings.

The belongings of a rich man are taken so that he is left bankrupt with nothing to his name but his palce. Thereafter he gets to know an unemployed youths with a doctorate who suggests to him that he rent out his castle fully furnished. We also learn that the prince has two daughters the existence of whom he denies. His eldest daughter is married to a simple engineer while the youngest sells paintings which she prepares herself. Thus the doctorate holder arranges a plan whereby the husband of one of the daughters – whom the prince has never seen before – rents out the palace along with his widowed sister and their father. Thereafter the prince mends ties with his daughters , finds a job as a tour guide and marries the widow. Moreover the man with the doctorate marries the prince’s youngest daughter.
