Dawlat suffers in her life with her husband Kamel from the inability to have children. Kamel marries another woman without Dawlat's knowledge. But Dawalt also becomes pregnant. The two give birth the same day, the second wife dies after giving birth. Kamel doesn't tell Dawalat which son is hers.
