As Saleh learns from Hob that he wants to marry a girl named Wahba and her father is named Abdel Fattah Abu Taha, it turns out that Saleh and Abdel Fattah are friends. Sami refuses that Wahba marry Hob as he wants to wed her to Rashid. Hob is hired to work in a bank and signs the contract.

Sami gives Hob a gift to congratulate him on his marriage, telling him he's the one who got his job at the bank. Hanin asks Farouk to finish his studies so she'd marry him. Sami offers Wahba and Hob an apartment with a 7,000-pound deposit. Rashid and Farouk simultaneously ask Saleh for Hanin's hand.

Saleh explains to Abdel Fattah his viewpoint on the apartment issue, but Wahba pressures the latter into paying the deposit instead of Hob, who agrees with Wahba to buy the essential things for marriage. The marriage contract is signed after Wahba agreed to buy cheap furniture with her dad's money.
