As Abu Kamel is jealous of Abu Zahi's help for the people of the neighborhood, he asks Abu Saleh to intervene to bring about reconciliation between him and Abu Zahi.

Zahi asks his father for forgiveness. Abu Kamel apologizes to Abu Zahi. Fahmy asks Abu Kamel to help him repair his house in order to marry Fatima. Meanwhile, Musallam attempts to bother Fahmy.

Samira tells her father about Salha's cruel treatment of the maid Fatima. Abu Kamel fights Abu Diab for raising the price of rice to the people of the neighborhood.

Abu Kamel asks Umm Fatima (Fatima's mother) to marry her daughter, and she is surprised when she learns. Abu Diab turns to Abu Saeed to help him.

Abu Diab begins working on Abu Kamel's farm to take revenge on him. Umm Fatima tries to persuade her two daughters to marry Abu Kamel to improve their financial condition, and the marriage takes place in secret.

As Umm Saeed demands her inheritance from Abu Kamel after the death of her husband, he denies that Abu Saeed is his partner and refuses to give her the inheritance. Fahmy tries to search for Fatima and does not know about her marriage.

Zahi decides to help Umm Saeed. Abu Kamel prevents Fatima from leaving. Abu Diab falsely testifies against Umm Saeed's inheritance.

Abu Kamel learns of Zahi's intention to take revenge on him and warns him. Umm Fatima dies and Abu Kamel tries to alleviate Fatima's grief.

Abu Jassem decides to marry Umm Saeed and stand against Abu Kamel. Fahmy learns of the whereabouts of Fatima, but he does not know about her marriage

Zaki asks Abu Kamel for his daughter Samira's hand in marriage. Meanwhile, Salha attempts to bother Zahi.

As Abu Kamel's shop is robbed, Abu Jassem is arrested and the police learns that he has an accomplice in the theft.

Abu Kamel makes sure that Abu Jassem is not the thief and gives up his right. Abu Kamel kills Fahmy by mistake after seeing him in his home and hides the corpse.

Umm Fahmy cannot bear the absence of her son, and she loses her mind, while Abu Kamel hides the truth that he has killed him.

Abu Kamel feels remorse. Musallam asks for Samira's hand in marriage from her father, but he refuses.

Abu Kamel is disturbed by the flock of his employees to the sermon of Samira, as Mahjoub has told them. Abu Kamel rejoices at Fatima's pregnancy. Abu Kamel learns that Zahi is stealing from him.

Abu Kamel decides to wed his daughter Samira to Majid, who refuses. Abu Kamel's brother, Abdul Rahman, returns after a long absence. Musallam blackmails Abu Kamel to make him agree to his marriage to Samira.

After Abu Kamel is killed and the police investigates the crime, the police accuses Majid because of the disagreements between him and Abu Kamel. Zaki robs Abu Kamel and leaves the money with Fatima.

Majid is tortured to confess, but he denies and continues to be imprisoned because of his political leanings. The investigation officer suspects Zahi.

Zahi is investigated, but he denies the charges and unfairly incriminates Muhammad, Salha's husband. The police refuses to bury Abu Saleh until the investigations are completed.

Zahi decides to seize all of Abu Kamel's property. Abdul Rahman learns that Abu Kamel was working with the French for a fee.

Muwaffaq decides to restore Umm Saeed's right to her. After Zahi thinks about how to get rid of Abdul Rahman, Zahi forges Abu Kamel's house sale contract to him.

Disagreements arise between Muhammad and Zahi because of the inheritance. Abu Diab falsely admits that the house belongs to Zahi.

Zahi receives all the property and takes control of it, but Muhammad could not stand and beats him. Muwaffaq asks Mahjoub to pass on information about the neighborhood to him. The investigator learns of Zahi's theft of Abu Kamel.

Abu Rashid tells the investigator that Abu Jassem has visited Abu Kamel before he was killed, after which he is interrogated.

Abu Zahi cannot bear the actions of his son and his work with the French. Abu Rashid offers marriage to Fatima, but she refuses. Sobhia learns that her husband Zahi stole her father's money.

Sobhia confronts Zahi with his truth. Abdul Majeed Bey offers his condolences to Abdul Rahman and asks him to work with the French. Zahra tells Abdul Rahman about her suffering in the past.

Abu Saleh is arrested. Abu Diab tells Zahi about Musallam's work with the French.

Umm Saeed tells Abdul Rahman about Abu Kamel's defrauding her of her money. Abdul Rahman tells Abu Kamel's daughters about the need to return the illegal sums of money to their owners in order to atone for Abu Kamel's sins.

Abdul Rahman learns about the secret marriage of Fatima to Abu Kamel. Samira marries Mahjoub and Musallam is upset.

As Fatima tells the investigator that Abu Kamel killed Fahmy, she stays with Abu Kamel's daughters. Hamdi confesses to the investigator that he has killed Abu Kamel. The coroner's report reveals that Abu Kamel died as a result of heart failure, not from stabbing.
