Hajj Saleh is an apothecary known for his honesty and his generosity towards the poor. He lives with his wife, but they don't have any children.

Saleh's rivals fiercely try to denigrate him, but they fail. Even Shaheen's wife tries to turn Sayeda, Saleh's wife, against him, but she also fails.

It turns out that Morsi wanted revenge on Saleh because he loved Sayeda, but Sayeda chose Saleh over him. Shahien, Haneya's father, dies, and Sayeda asks Haneya to stay with them.

Morsi sets a trap for Saleh, but his plans backfire as Sayeda decides to wed Saleh to Haneya so that they have children.

Haneya is pregnant and Saleh is tremendously happy, but Fatheya is jealous. Sayeda, meanwhile, decides to get Haneya to help with the housework.

Saleh is on cloud nine now that Haneya gave birth to a boy and he also learns that Sayeda is pregnant with twins.

Sayeda felt so jealous that she asked Haneya to move out to another apartment, and she forbids Saleh to visit her. Haneya decided to depend solely on herself from now on.

Sayeda feels extreme jealousy that her son failed whereas Saneya's son passed.

Abd El-Rahman had feelings for Thoraya, but her father wed her to another. However, after her husband's death, Abd El-Rahman renewed his wish to marry her.

Sayeda was annoyed by Seif's carelessness, but she didn't hesitate for a second to propose that he marries Thoraya to tease Abd El-Rahman.

On their wedding day, Thoraya runs away and leaves Seif.

Thoraya rejects the idea of having children since she doesn't have sincere feelings for her husband. Meanwhile, Abd El-Rahman marries Baheya to take care of her children after her husband's death.

After Abd El-Rahman marries Baheya, Seif breaks up with Thoraya just to taunt Abd El-Rahman. Seif also plans on disinheriting Abd El-Rahman.

After he learns that he is disinherited, Thoraya helps Abd El-Rahman and supports him to establish his new business. Seif meanwhile marries a dancer.

Sayeda and Abd El-Rahman try to discourage Seif from marrying the dancer.

Abd El-Rahman succeeds in disheartening Seif from marrying the dancer, which incites Thoraya's jealousy as she suspects that Abd El-Rahman has a relationship with the dancer.

Abd El-Rahman decides to help Fifi leave dancing and have a respectable job. Seif marries Dawlat, but he is cruel to her.

A woman named Fotna encourages clients to buy from Abd El-Rahman's apothecary. It turns out that this woman is Fifi in disguise.

Fotna plots to take revenge on Seif, but he soon realizes that she is Fifi, and he proposes to her but she rejects him.

After Sayeda's death, Aisha tells Abd El-Rahman that he has a share in the house, and he moves there with his family.

Enraged, Seif plots against Abd El-Rahman and tries to have him imprisoned for drug possession, but Fotna warns Abd El-Rahman and tells him to watch out.

Seif is infuriated that his intentions to do harm to Abd El-Rahman are revealed. Meanwhile, Fatma suffers from her husband's mistreatment of her, and Abd El-Rahman intervenes on her behalf.

Raouf intervenes to save his son's marriage. Fotna marries Galal. Baheya passes away after her last pregnancy.

Abd El-Rahman gives Baheya's daughters their shares in the inheritance. Fotna is imprisoned. Seif breaks up with his wife, while Abd El-Rahman marries Thoraya.

Samah tells her aunt that she has feelings for Amr. Seif's sons turn out to be as morally corrupt as their father. Fotna is released and Abd El-Rahman helps her to get back on her feet.

Seif's sons convince their father to shift their business from apothecary to car business and seif unhesitantly agrees. Abd El-Rahman is saddened by Fotna's sudden death.

Seif is mad to learn that Abd El-Rahman bought his agency. Meanwhile, Haneya escapes the house and the situation is grave since she has Alzheimer's.

Abd El-Rahman is trying to teach his daughter the basics of apothecary and he has a full-on mental breakdown after his mother's death.

Dr. Fikry plans to take revenge on Samah because she rejected his son. Meanwhile, Thoraya is upset about her husband's coldness towards her.

Maged confesses love to Haneya. Abd El-Rahman informs his daughters that he married Thoraya.

Medhat has become addicted to gambling. Maged tells his father about his true feelings for Haneya, but the two families don't approve of the match.

Mona marries Emad, and Seif insists that Abd El-Rahman visit him so that he agrees to wed Maged to Haneya.

Seif agrees on the match on the condition that Medhat and Maher marry Samah and Mona. Seif learns that his son Maher is a drug addict, but he cannot save his son. Seif is devastated by his son's death, and Abd El-Rahman tries to console him.

Medhat decides to flee the country, and Seif's properties are confiscated. He decides to work with Abd El-Rahman.

Samah is shocked that Amr married another girl. Meanwhile, Haneya and Maged get married, and the family joyously celebrate their wedding.
