Hamed struggles with his son Mamdouh's misbehavior. Adly recounts to Mervat his love story, and he indirectly communicates to Hamed that he has feelings for his daughter, whom he believes was his neighbor when they were but children.

After buying new expensive machines, Hamed considers dismissing a number of employees to save the money, and Abdel Warith objects to the idea and threatens to dissolve their partnership.

Adly approaches Nabila and helps her at the company, while Hamed tries to know her secret. Mamdouh expresses his desire to marry Hala.

Mamdouh's disappearance makes his mother, Nazik grow worried. Nabila confesses to Hamed that she is his daughter, and blames him for leaving her and her mother.

Hamed tells his wife Nazik about his other marriage and about Nabila, as Nabila recounts her life story to Maggy. Mamdouh is arrested and Hamed heads to the police station to get him out.

Nabila submits to the prosecution documents proving Mamdouh's innocence and he is released. Upon his release, he goes to Hala to confess his love to her. Nabila is kidnapped.

It is learned that Nabila is kidnapped for she knows many of the company's secrets. In an attempt to save her, Mamdouh clashes with a group of armed men who beat him up.

A couple of days later, Nabila returns and meets Hussein to reconcile him and Maggy. Adly tells Mervat about his love for Nazik and they plot to take revenge on Hamed.

Nazik tells her husband that he has only brought mischief and harm upon everyone around him, and she threatens to leave the house if he throws Nabila out. Hala tells Hamed that a prospective suitor proposed to her.

Nabila tries to fix things between Faten and Mahmoud. Abdel Warith stirs discord between Nabila and Hamed, causing Nabila to leave the company when Hamed shouts at her.

Sa'ied learns that Abdel Warith got the employee that worked before Sa'ied fired. Mamdouh assaults Hala on her wedding day. Simultaneously, he sets up a new project hoping to turn over a new leaf in his life.

Abdel Warith tries to solve the business problems between Hamed and Nabila. The discord between Mamdouh and Hala echoes Hussein and Maggy's relationship.

Nabila manages to get recorded evidence of Abdel Warith's corruption, and she helps Mamdouh with his new project. Hamed, meanwhile, suffers great financial losses.

Hamed investigates the latest losses to figure out who caused them. Faten's father is against wedding her to Mahmoud. Nabila gives Hamed the evidence against Abdel Warith.

Things get better between Hussein and Maggy. Mamdouh tries to restore peacefulness into his life by getting closer to God to atone for his sin. Abdel Warith has an accident. An assassination attempt targets Hamed.

Hamed learns that it is Adly who plotted such foul schemes and he is eventually arrested.
