With a beauty pageant being targeted by a bomber, tomboyish FBI agent Gracie Hart is forced to take on a persona so unlike her own unfeminine self, in order to infiltrate the pageant as a contestant to identify the bomber.
Despite the aversion of her life as a beauty pageant competition winner, and having to deal with the public attention resulting from her waltz down the runway, Gracie Hart has to assume her role as an FBI agent again to rescue her former beauty queen friend Cheryl Frasier who has gone missing.
