After a verbal fight between Mohsen and his nemesis Assem, Mohsen passes out and gets cared for by the nurse Saniya. As Mohsen falls for Saniya, Kawthar grows jealous and does her best to sabotage their marriage with Assem's help, getting Mohsen to think that his wife is cheating on him with Assem.
