Umm Jamil recalls her memories with her late husband. Hamed is severely ill, as he undergoes appendectomy surgery.

Abu Amer's wife asks to travel to her son in Egypt. Samer becomes alienated in his home. Jamil's wife tries to mend fences between Jamil and his mother.

Aqeel recalls his memories with his father who refused to wed him to a French woman. Umm Jamil gets into a confrontation with Jamil over the money he took from his brothers unfairly.

Suzan asks her father to marry Samer. Umm Jamil objects to Samer's engagement. Aqeel discovers that Samer is Jamil's brother.

Samer asks Jamil to come with him to propose to Suzan, but Aqeel's wife stands as a stumbling block on their way, just as Umm Jamil who refuses to go with them.

The family celebrates Samer's engagement to Suzan at Aqeel's house. Despite the financial barriers that stand as a stumbling block hindering the completion of their marriage, Suzan tries to negotiate with her father.

Aqeel's French wife decides to travel to France to take care of her pregnancy there. A murder takes place at Abu Amer's warehouse, in which Riad and Hamed get involved.

The investigation continues with Riad and Hamed regarding the theft of the warehouse. By virtue of his daughter's urgency, Abu Amer tries to find a solution for them. Samer becomes in a critical situation.

Riad asks Jamil to buy his share of the house before he is taken into custody. The mother tries to find out the truth from Jamil.

Riad is proved innocent, while Hamed is still in prison. Suzan is trying to speed up her marriage to Samer. Everyone tries to find a solution for Hamed's crisis, even Umm Jamil thinks about selling the house.

After Sanaa asks Jamil for a divorce because he is sterile, she decides to return to her previous job at the university before marrying Jamil, after which Aqeel asks her about Jamil's family.

The Jamil house is being auctioned, which ignites intense disputes on the house. Hamed's trial is held and he is sentenced to one year in prison.

After Aqeel's French wife gives birth to her son, Suzan travels to France for three months to be next to them. Umm Jamil asks Riad that she comes with him the next time they visit her imprisoned son. The auction is held at Jamil's house.

Umm Jamil moves to a new house after selling their house. Aqeel's French wife decides to stay in France after the death of her son. Hamed serves his sentence and is released from prison.

After Aqeel decides to start making his daughter ready for marriage, he as well decides to take another wife, which leaves Suzan in grief. Buthaina, Abu Amer's daughter, has a car accident.

Aqeel's French wife gets angry at his second marriage. After Suzan discovers that Samer has married her because he covets her money and that he does not spend any money on the house at all, Aqeel kicks him out of the house.
