Having been lost at sea for 9 years, Dr. Lemuel Gulliver finally goes back home, where he share stories of his wondrous, yet unbelievable adventures that involves tiny people as well as giants, which gets him committed to an insane asylum.

As Gulliver continues to relate more of his marvelous adventures, including visiting a flying island and meeting a race of intelligent horses, he has to prove that he is actually sane in order to avoid staying in the asylum till the end of his days.
