Suheir returns from abroad after the death of her husband Issam to live with his mother Alawia. Issam's cousin Alaa, who is paralyzed, lives in the same house. Suheir discovers that he has a twin brother, who's mentally ill. Suhair gives birth to her son but Alawia claims that the baby is born dead.
