June Havens meets Secret Agent Miller, at the airport by accident. She gets involved with him in a secret operation to protect an energy source that holds the key to infinite power. Things get more complicated when Miller's enemies tell June that Miller suffers from a nervous breakdown.

This production is an action comedy starring Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz. The film was directed by James Mangold. Roy Miller (Tom Cruise) is an agent that has gone out of control. He bumps into June Havens (Cameron Diaz) at Wichita Airport and unwittingly helps her get a seat onboard her flight. Thus, Havens gets unintentionally embroiled in the complicated story of Miller the rogue secret agent, a story which would eventually take her on adventures half a world away. More than once Miller is forced to knock out Havens. However, in spite of that, she keeps following him around anyway.
