Rasheed is a married young man with a daughter, but he is very cruel in dealing with his wife and daughter. When his daughter goes to her uncle's house, he gets angry and hits her, as he's suffering from a psychological crisis due to his father's abuse of him when he was young.

Rasheed's wife complains to her friend about her husband's cruel treatment of his daughter and his extreme worry about her. As Hakima goes to treat her sick father, his young son gloats because of his cruelty with them when they were children. Halima also suffers in her marriage with Salim.

As Rasheed's wife gives birth to a girl, his siblings come to congratulate him; he remembers when his mother suffered while she gave birth and how his father did not care about her and was very angry when he learned that the newborn was a girl.

Hakima tells her sister Halima that she feels she will die like her mother during childbirth, so she decides that she will not give birth. Suleiman asks Halima why she hates her family, especially her father. Halima thanks her sister Khadija for sacrificing her life to care for them when they were young.

As Hakima refuses to marry her coworker, her sister Halima blames her even though she is unhappy with her husband. Rasheed's younger brother is a delinquent, and his sister Khadija is unable to control him, so she asks Rasheed for help, especially since their father is bedridden.

As Rasheed's wife, Jamila, is pregnant, he becomes very angry because he doesn't want to have many children, especially since he suffered as a youngster from having many siblings. Hakima tries to help Jamila get an abortion by talking to her colleague, the doctor.

Jamila is very sad when Rasheed leaves the house when he learns about her pregnancy. As she goes to a man who sells weed and buys a herb from him for abortion, she gets too sick when she drinks it, which makes her daughter worry about her.

As Rasheed returns to his home after regretting his quarrel with his wife, he finds Jamila in a bad condition and she dies while embracing him. The whole family mourns Jamila's death. As Halima wants to divorce Salim, her siblings try to stop her.

Rasheed quarrels with Jamila's siblings because they want to take the girls and he refuses. As Khadija proposes to Rasheed to marry again for the sake of the daughters, he rejects the idea. Salim tells Halima that he knows that she doesn't love him and married him only for his money but he still loves her.

Rasheed's friend tries to convince him to remarry for the sake of his daughters. Halima bonds with her husband who takes her out. As Rasheed's father gets sick, he asks him to bring his daughters; Rasheed convinces his sister Halima to come despite her hatred for her father.

Rasheed finally agrees to remarry and chooses a woman to whom his sisters and daughter Rania agree. The father tells Rasheed and the girls that he was tough on them in childhood so that they could depend on themselves. Rania's uncle agrees to Rasheed's marriage for the sake of his nieces.

Rasheed's wife treats his daughters in a bad way; she neglects the baby and leaves her to her sister Rehab, which makes Khadija get angry and tell her that Rasheed will not accept this and promise her that if she does this again, she will tell Rasheed.

Rasheed's wife puts the picture of his deceased wife in Rehab's room after it was in the living room, which makes Rehab sad. Rasheed asks Rehab to be friends with his wife. As Khadija decides to inform Rasheed about his wife's mistreatment of the girls, Halima and Hakima stop her.

As Jamal gets into a car accident while without documents, Rasheed gets angry. Everyone is worried as a big storm is on its way to Algeria; Halima thinks about how her husband will return home. Rehab is also at school, but her stepmother does not care about her.

Rehab returns home safe from the storm, but Halima is still waiting for her husband to return to no avail; Rasheed searches for him among the dead from the floods, but he doesn't find him. As Rasheed's father dies, his daughters and wife mourn him.

Halima asks Rasheed to leave his job in the police and take care of the factory and Salim's trade until he returns. As Rania quarrels with her stepmother, she tells her father about his wife's abuse of her and her younger sister; she wants to go to her aunt Halima.

As Rabia and her daughters take the bags and go home, Rasheed helps them. Halima opens a modern hair salon and is very happy with it. Rasheed's wife returns to her parents' house with her sister, who has always been inciting her against Rania and her sister.

Rasheed's wife returns home after Rabia is gone, and after her mother forbids her from mistreating her husband's daughters. The school calls Rehab to check on her and her sister. As Rasheed becomes the factory manager, he hires his younger brother.

As Rasheed's wife starts to treat the girls kindly, she tells Rania that she wants to give birth to a son, which bothers Rania. As Halima works in the hair salon, she hires her half-sisters in it. Salim is considered dead after he's been missing for a year.

Hakima quarrels with Halima because she doesn't give enough money to her half-sisters. When Rasheed's wife tells him that she wants to have a son, he throws her out after he divorces her; he tells his sister Khadija that he agreed with her from the start that he doesn't want children.

As the accountant asks for Feryal's hand from Rasheed after he saw her in the hair salon, he approves and her mother is very happy. When the school teacher visits Rehab at home, Rasheed is happy for his daughter.

As Rania asks her father to marry the teacher because she loves her, he accepts and holds a huge wedding and all his sisters are happy for him, especially as the bride loves Rania. Feryal, Rasheed’s younger half-sister, is engaged.

As Rasheed gets close to his wife, she tells him everything about how her husband divorced her because she could not have children. But when she gets pregnant, Rasheed quarrels with her. As Rasheed gets into a car accident, his condition is critical; all of his siblings worry about him.

As Rasheed's condition gets worse and he loses his memory, he returns home without knowing anyone; Hakima tries to help him. Halima wants to sell the factory, especially since Rasheed will not run it again because of his medical condition.

The psychiatrist asks Hakima that everyone tries to help Rasheed so that he can regain his memory by doing everything he hates which will stimulate his memory. Kenza helps him to do so, but to no avail.

As Halima asks Rasheed to go with her to her house to spend few days there, he agrees. When Rania finds out, she gets angry because she knows that her father doesn't want to leave his house no matter what happens; Khadija convinces Rania that it is only for a week to break the routine.

As Rasheed returns to his home, he goes to the hospital to ask the doctor to perform an X-ray on his brain, but the doctor tells him that he did everything. As Rasheed begins to recall some pictures in his memory, Hakima tells her fiancé Jamal.

As Rasheed remembers that he has a sister who lives abroad, he does not remember anything else. He asks Jamila's brother to tell him about Jamila and how he married her. Khadija's husband gets angry at Rasheed's sisters because they always cry in front of him and make him feel helpless.

Kenza gives birth to a boy. Rania tells her aunt that she punctured the car tire so that Rasheed has an accident, but she only wanted to stop him from ​​aborting Kenza because she loves her so much. As Rasheed regains his memory, he is happy with the newborn despite everything.
